Sr. Application Developer is needed to perform the following duties:
· Test design specifications, planning designing, testing and other system-related information an operations of the Project including participation in all systems life cycle.

Database Administrator
Overview
Responsible for database development efforts and database administration. Collaborates within the business and operations units of the Corporation to design, develop, test, deliver and maintain database applications that support the Corporation's business. Engage in the entire database development process, from inception through delivery. Responsible for the day to day production support of our major data repositories, for managing the support queue and ensuring we meet Service Level Agreements and deliver high quality work. Responsible for monitoring database performance and proactively identifying ways to improve that performance, for assisting in developing training and coaching materials for users of our data warehouse and other data repositories, and for managing day to day interactions with our primary vendors.
Duties :
Build database systems of high availability and quality depending on each end user’s specialized role.
Design and implement database in accordance to end users information needs and views.
Define users and enable data distribution to the right user, in appropriate format and in a timely manner.
Use high-speed transaction recovery techniques and backup data
Minimize database downtime and manage parameters to provide fast query responses.
Provide proactive and reactive data management support and training to users.
Determine, enforce and document database policies, procedures and standards.
Perform tests and evaluations regularly to ensure data security, privacy and integrity.
Monitor database performance, implement changes and apply new patches and versions when required.
Establish the needs of users and monitoring user access and security
monitor performance and manage parameters in order to provide fast responses to front-end users.
Map out the conceptual design for a planned database & consider both back-end organization of data and front-end accessibility for end-users
refine the logical design so that it can be translated into a specific data model.
Further refining the physical design to meet system storage requirements
install and test new versions of the database management system (DBMS)
maintain data standards, including adherence to the Data Protection Act
write database documentation, including data standards, procedures and definitions for the data dictionary (metadata).
Develop, manage and test back-up and recovery plans
ensure that storage and archiving procedures are functioning correctly
work closely with IT project managers, database programmers and multimedia programmers.
Communicate regularly with technical, applications and operational staff to ensure database integrity and security.
Commission and install new applications and customize existing applications in order to make them fit for purpose.
Manage the security and disaster recovery aspects of a database
Troubleshoot production database performance issues.
Publish documentation and collaborative information using internal tools.
Apply machine learning and data analytics to detect changes in data patterns for operational intelligence as well as business intelligence
Apply data modeling and predictive analysis to proactively predict possible issues ahead of time.
Expertise in Database Architecture in an environment that handles large volume of data.
Demonstrate expertise in performance tuning including both query and server optimization.
Strong knowledge and experience in data modeling, database design, optimization for performance, SQL, stored procedures.
Expertise in understanding complex business needs, analyzing, designing and developing solutions.
Need to do trouble shooting and resolving data issues ,agile development is preferred.
Strong understanding of database development methodologies (Agile and Scrum).
Work with Continuous Integration Tools (Jenkins, TeamCity, Bamboo) and Test Driven Development (TDD).
Develop quires using big data technologies like Hadoop, MapReduce, Hive, Spark/Storm
Large distributed systems design and development experience
Experience :
2 or more years experience with Database Development or Database Administration. (Required)
Experience with SQL Server Integration Services "SSIS" (Required)
2 or more years SOX, FFIEC-Compliant Database Development, Security, Architecture, Analysis, Design, Testing, Documentation, Implementation, Version Control, or Change Management. (Preferred)
2 or more years Database design or development using Microsoft SQL Server, including: DDL or DML, stored procedures, triggers, DTS or SSIS, SQL Agent. (Preferred)

CRM Developer
Hottest Footwear.com, Inc seeks an experienced CRM Developer to join our team in Long Island to assist in building and maintaining our wholesale application. Primary activities for this role involves Requirement Gathering, Design Documentation, Development, Manual and Automation Testing, Onshore-Offshore coordination, Session Management, Application maintenance, new challenges and opportunities to develop new application for the requirement of the project with CRM, JavaScript, JQuery, C#, SQL, XML and other related technologies. The ideal candidate will required to have strong programming skills coupled with experience in CRM, JavaScript, JQuery, C#, SQL and other technologies; and have a strong understanding of business requirements. Responsibilities:
Maintaining enterprise-level CRM implementation to make sure efficient customer-centered solutions.
Translate functional requirements into technical design and develop solutions that follow best practices. Assist in writing technical approach and design documentation as required. Supporting and enhancing the existing CRM Dynamics application as required to support business needs. Develop numerous forecasting models to examine Hottest Footwear.com, Inc.’s projected short- and long-term growth based on key performance indicators, sales projections, cash flow analysis, valuation, assets, liabilities, and credit risks
Analyze competitive intelligence and Retail, Wholesale & E commerce market trends in the industry and address business opportunities to senior management. Strategically generate competitive analysis reports of prospective companies and develop breakeven analysis to determine investment profitability or loss.

Extract the Financial data from relational database and provide data analysis using SQL to the business user based on the requirements.
Use OLAP and MS Excel VBA to configure and design standard financial and accounting models, in an effort to support standard external audits and ad hoc information requests from lenders and other external parties.
Assemble large and complex Financial Data set manipulations with MS Excel workbooks using expert level pivot tables, IF statements, VLOOKUP’s, VBScript and additional macros.
Works collaboratively with IT to enhance automation of processes and to identify new tools to facilitate standard querying and reporting.
Strong communication and delivery of analysis to Ecommerce channel heads and other internal partners.
Interact with the management team of the target company, as well as the seller and advisor, acting as an integral part of the investment team as the investment is negotiated and documented.
Educational Qualification :
